Aliens (aka the Ground Zero Players) descended on La Jolla tonight to give the State of the Universe address at the same location where the SD Republican Party had gathered to listen to George W’s State of the Union. The aliens message: the Bush administration has violated the universal standards of decency and the space pollution protocol. The name of the restaurant — Rock Bottom. Did the GOP pick that spot to align themselves with the president’s approval ratings, his class rank or his moral integrity?
