This car parked here over 2 days!!!
According to Officer Rick this is private property and SDPD can not leave a citation on the automobile.

Bankers Hill/Park West Association was successful
at Tuesday’s City Council meeting. Six votes were needed to override the Airport Authority’s recommendation. They received
only five. As usual,Toni Atkins was a hero on this vote.
