New for 2009 — CityFest will feature a grand stage under the Hillcrest sign with a massive open air beer garden, kid’s carnival, a mechanical bull, a dunk tank, pool party, celebratory lantern parade at dusk and a “relighting” of the iconic neighborhood sign….first relit25 years ago.
