The Hillcrest Business Association held its last board meeting of 2003 and approved the budget for 2004, presented a plaque to outgoing president Steven Alix, approved an ad in HillQuest volume 2, discussed the proposed stoplight on University at Normal Street and heard government reps discuss more cuts statewide following Governor Schwarzenegger’s repeal of the car tax increase.
