SD LGBT Pride has appointed Ron deHart Jr as their new executive director…
An event marketing professional/business leader in nonprofit/publicly held companies, deHarte most recently served two years as the director of Bravo San Diego.
“We are delighted to be working with a man of Ron’s caliber,” says San Diego LGBT Pride Co-Chair Philip Princetta. “His placement as executive director brings a fresh new perspective to the face of Pride.” Adds deHarte: “San Diego has long been regarded as a community that set the standard for Pride celebrations that reflect diversity, promote awareness and raise funds for community groups. My primary goal for this year is to stage a great Pride celebration. There are many facets to Pride, but foremost on my mind is creating a weekend celebration of our community through music, food and pure fun.”
