FireAn eerie orange atmosphere
welcomed our neighborhood
to daylight savings time.

Brushes fires have claimed at least fourteen lives, charred nearly 200,000 acres and destroyed at hundreds of homes.

This Irving Gill drawing shows a plan for a group of speculation homes built in 1912 for misses Lee and Teats. The “boulevard” through the center of the complex runs through what people now refer to as Kate Sessions Canyon.
