Shuffle up and Deal!! Monthly Texas Hold ’em poker tournament fundraisers begin this Saturday at Mission Hills United Church of Christ, 4070 Jackdaw Street. Doors open at 5:30pm; lessons (by professionals) at 6pm with the tournament getting underway at 7pm. $25 Buy in. Re-buys will be allowed for a period of time. First three positions will payout, and the estimated purse is $900 with the remaining funds going to a local non-profit group. January’s beneficiary will be the host church.
