Yippee Skippy…it’s time to party. This year’s books are done and will be on the streets soon. We’ll be celebrating on Sunday, July 5th with a nighborhood block party — theHop in the ’Hood in the 3700 block of Seventh Avenue. All are welcome.
At noon the Flower Power Parade will kick off followed by cake and ice cream. The day’s fun will feature the SD Women’s Drum Circle, Laura Jane, Rhythm & the Method, Danielle Lo Presti & the Masses, DA & the Hitmen, Sue Palmer’s Motel Swing, Sam Johnson Jazz Duo and more.
