Leel Michelle (on Santa’s lap) recently opened Bow Wow Beauty Shoppe at 1735 University Avenue. Tuesday evening Hillcrest’s newest pet boutique hosted a grand opening party. Dog and cat clients had portraits taken with the man in red while their owners socialized over champagne and hors d’oeuvres.
