Uptown Streetcar: There will be a presentation by Ben Nicholls (Hillcrest Business Association) which will conclude with the following motion: The HTC supports the concept of linking Downtown San Diego through Bankers Hill to Hillcrest through the creation of a “Portland Style” streetcar and supports hiring a transportation planning firm to study the feasibility and benefits of installing a streetcar and to conduct an analysis of financial options.
