The fluffy orange Q car was parked in front of Park Manor Suites yesterday afternoon. The Tony Award-winning musical Avenue Q will open June 30 and run through August 5 at the historic downtown Spreckels Theatre.
The musical tells the hilarious story of Princeton, a bright-eyed college grad who goes to NYC with big dreams and a tiny bank account. He soon discovers that the only neighborhood in his price range is Avenue Q; still, the neighbors seem nice. The newfound friends struggle to find jobs, dates and their ever-elusive purpose in life.Don’t miss it!
