Courtney Thomson, Council Representative for District 3 Councilmember Todd Gloria, has shared the great news that the Robinson Avenue bridge (built in 1942over what is now Highway 163) will be repainted in the next month. The wooden bridge has been in poor shape needing a good scraping and a coat of paint for several years. “I just received the news from Streets Division that the Robinson Avenue Bridge will be painted in the next 30 days. Yeah!” exclaimed Courtney in an email to the community.
Thanks to Todd’s office for investing the time and energy into helping Hillcrest remain one of the ten great neighborhoods in America.
