The audacious and vivacious Beth Grant as “Ruby” and Melinda Page Hamilton as “Cornelia” in the Old Globe’s world premiere production of Cornelia by Mark V. Olsen, directed by Ethan McSweeny, playing in the Globe’s Arena Theatre at the San Diego Museum of Art’s James S. Copley Auditorium May 16 – June 21
Beth Grant (who played the role of “Sissy Hickey” in Sordid Lives) has created another memorable character, “Big Ruby” Folsom, former first lady of Alabama and mother of Cornelia, George Wallace’s second wife. She gives George hell and has a good time doing it! Don’t miss it.
