Residents will be meeting again with representatives from the City of San Diego to prepare an update of Uptown’s Community Plan. The current plan is over 20 years old, and it is time to map out the community’s vision for the future. At this meeting topics will include public facilities financing and recreation. The discussion will be followed by a community mapping activity where participants will be given an opportunity to indicate what recreation areas they use and identify potential park and recreational opportunities.
The meeting will be held in the Santa Fe Room of the Balboa Park Club from 6-8:30pm Wednesday evening. The public is welcome and encouraged to participate.
