Sherman Harmer will make a presentation on behalf of the new developers of the Pernicano property located at 3840 Sixth Avenue. The presentation will include the conceptual plans for the site, and establishing a process for public input on the project. This will be the first of several follow up presentations that will occur at future Uptown Planners meetings.
Other items on the agenda include discussion on the demolition of properties at 3745 Third Avenue and 4236 Fourth Avenue.
The Uptown Planners meeting takes place on Tuesday, August 4 at 6pm in the Joyce Beers Community Center at The Hub (formerly known as the Uptown Shopping District).
